Executive Assistant
Responsibilities
Support president in developing company’s strategic plan, including short-term and long-term strategies and tactics;
Coordinate with various departments to ensure implementation of company policies and decision;
Consolidate internal information, as well as market and competition intelligence, synthesize and analyze all intel to support business management and development;
Assist president in providing guidance and direction on projects, monitoring and managing project activities to ensure execution;
Responsible for managing and coordinating company day-to- day activities, public affairs and liaison with government entities.
Requirement:
Holder of bachelor degree or above;
Excellent organizational, leadership, communication and management skills;
Working experience in administration, human resources management and archive management preferred;
Abundant working experience in top management assistant is an asset.
