Administrative Supervisor

Responsibilities:
Develop operation and budget plans for administration department;

Responsible for branding and marketing, planning, establishing and developing corporate culture, product culture, market culture and management culture;

Develop administrative policies, facilitate and monitor implementation;

Collect and sort internal information, and document important events;

Plan visitor reception and liaison events;

Manage internal maintenance work including network maintenance;

Monitor and control operation expenses and budget;

Responsible for other miscellaneous administrative tasks.

Requirement:
Bachelor degree in business administration with at least 8 years of working experience in an administration position and 5 years of management experience;

Excellent liaison and public relation skills, able to resolve emergency problems;

Excellent writing skills with experience in promoting company culture and event planning;

Strong analytical skills, capable of solving problems with a clear and detail-oriented mind;

Proficient with MS Office software and office automated equipment.
